Milestone Group PLC (AIM: MSG), the AIM quoted provider of digital solutions, announces that, in accordance with Rules 20 and 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2010 and the notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) together with a covering letter, and that copies of all these documents are available on the Company’s website at www.milestonegroup.co.uk/circulars.html.
The Company’s AGM will be held at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU, at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 28 March 2011.
