The Milestone Group's Radio Division focuses primarily on providing high-quality services for districts and smaller cities. The Group has locally-based management at each ILR station and dedicated sales staff who are employed to sell advertising, sponsorship and promotional campaigns to local businesses. Passion 107.9 is Oxford's sexiest radio station targeting under-35's with a mix of dance, r'n'b and other chart music alongside local news and entertainment features. Launched in May 2002, the successful Passion brand has now been extended with a glossy magazine celebrating night life and culture in Oxfordshire (available free from selected venues and retail outlets across the county) and Passion TV - a music video show broadcast every weeknight on SIX TV.

Kick FM
Kick FM broadcasts to Newbury, Hungerford and Thatcham with a family focussed local music and information service. The station launched in the year 2000 and has quickly established itself as part of the West Berkshire community playing 'your favourite music' and 'putting West Berkshire first'.

Kestrel FM broadcasts to the Basingstoke area of North Hampshire with a community orientated music and information service. The station launched in 1998 and has recorded an excellent audience reach and strong brand loyalty in the area.

Rugby FM broadcasts to around 70,000 people in Rugby in mid-Warwickshire. The station launched in 2002 with a primary target audience of 25-54 year olds, providing a highly local and community focussed news, information and music service with very wide popular appeal.
