Result of AGM

The Board of AIM quoted Milestone, the provider of digital media and technology solutions, announces the resignation of John Sanderson as Chairman with immediate effect.

Deborah White, the Company’s CEO, will assume the position as interim Chairman. 

Deborah White commented: “Traditional business models in the media industry have been significantly affected by the pace of the digital revolution, resulting in a prolonged period of strategic review for Milestone. Following the successful completion of this strategic review, which has resulted in the rebranding and repositioning of the Milestone Group within the media sector, John has decided to concentrate his efforts on his other numerous business interests. We would like to take this opportunity to thank John for all his efforts and support as Chairman, and we wish him well for the future.
